Some AI answers come with a product block attached — a carousel of items with prices, ratings and retailers. The Shopping page (Intelligence → Shopping) reports how your brands and products show up inside those blocks.
Shopping data only exists for responses whose model returned a product block, so coverage varies a lot by model. Use the AI Models filter to see which of yours actually produce it.
Dedicated shopping assistants — Amazon Rufus and Alexa — are available as add-ons and produce far richer shopping data than a general chat model. Talk to our sales team to enable them.

Headline numbers

Shopping Coverage divides by all responses in the period, not just the shopping ones. Setting the Shopping filter to “Shopping” pins it at 100%.

Brand Visibility Over Time

A stacked-area chart of how often your tracked brands appear in shopping results, one series per entity. Daily / Weekly / Monthly buckets.

Top Products

A scrollable carousel of the most-mentioned products, each showing its image, brand, visibility percentage, mention count, average price and average rating.

Top 50 Brands and Retailer Distribution

Side by side:
  • Top 50 Brands — the most visible brands in shopping results, with Visibility (”% of shopping responses that include this entity”) and SoV (“this entity’s portion of all shopping mentions”). Your own brand’s row is highlighted.
  • Retailer Distribution — a donut of the top 10 merchants by market share. Anything under 1% folds into an Other slice.

The detail tables

Three tabs at the bottom of the page.

All Products

Every product resolved to a specific catalog entry. Filter by Brands and by Entity Type (Primary, Owned, Competitor).
A counter beside the toolbar reads “n Unknown · m Not matched”. Those are shopping appearances that could not be resolved to a product, so they are not in this table. Unknown = a brand was identified but no product; Not matched = no brand at all. Map them from Project settings → Shopping Settings → Shopping Products.

All Brands

One row per brand: product count, visibility, average price and rating, and top merchants. Your own brand carries a You badge.

All Merchants

One row per retailer: Click a row for the merchant sheet: every product that merchant is cited for, with price, rating, its share of that merchant’s products, and a link to the offer where one was captured.

Mapping unresolved products

Two pages under Project settings → Shopping Settings:
  • Products — the project’s canonical product catalog. Select two or more products of the same brand and use Actions → Merge to combine duplicates.
  • Shopping Products — the raw per-appearance rows. Filter by Mapping status to Unknown or Not matched, then assign the right Entity and Product, individually or in bulk.
Mapping these rows is what moves them out of the “not listed here” counter and into your analytics.

Exporting

Project settings → Export data → Shopping & Merchants produces three CSVs: merchant-level metrics, products per merchant with offer URLs, and one row per product with the external product IDs mapped to it.
