The Overview page is where a project opens. It answers “how are we doing?” in one screen, and every card obeys the filter bar above it.

Visibility score

A time series of your primary entity’s mention rate — the percentage of AI responses that mention it at least once. Switch the bucket size with the Daily / Weekly / Monthly selector in the card’s top-right corner.
This chart tracks the project’s primary entity only. If no entity is flagged Primary, the card shows “No entity mentions found” even when competitor data exists — set the flag in Project settings → Entities.

Entities

Every tracked brand, ranked: Right-click any row for the context menu: View as <brand>, Set as competitor, Set as owned and Add to blacklist. See Competitors & Brands.
The card’s ⋯ menu exports to CSV. The export contains every entity, not just the rows on screen.

Stat cards

Four numbers across the middle of the page:

Tags Summary

Your brand’s performance per tag group — Mention rate and Avg. position for each tag, sorted by mention rate. The icon toggle in the card header switches between Regular tags (attached to queries) and Response tags (attached to individual responses).
Mention rate here is scoped to that tag: the denominator is the responses carrying the tag, not all responses.

Response Tag Visibility

The share of AI responses carrying each response tag, drawn as a progress bar. Response-tag only — no toggle.

Entity Mentions Share of Voice

A donut of how mentions are split across brands: the top 10 plus an Other slice. If your pinned brand falls outside the top 10 it takes the tenth slot. The ⋯ menu exports all brands, not just the visible ten.

Citation Sources

The top 50 domains by citation rate: True reach is colour-coded — green above 66%, amber above 33%, red below.

Custom metrics

If your organization has bespoke metrics provisioned, they appear in a Custom metrics section at the bottom of the page. Most organizations will not see this section at all.
