Your project dashboard is the central hub for understanding how your brand performs across AI platforms. This guide explains each section so you can quickly extract insights.

Accessing the dashboard

Select your project from the project switcher in the top navigation bar. You’ll land on the Overview page, which presents a high-level summary of your brand’s AI presence.

Visibility score

The visibility score chart at the top of the dashboard shows how your brand’s Mention rate has evolved over time — the percentage of AI responses that mention your brand at least once. Use the date range picker to adjust the time window.

Entities table

The entities table lists every tracked brand and competitor with their key metrics:
  • Mention rate — Percentage of AI responses that mention this entity
  • Avg. position — The average ranking position when mentioned (lower is better)
Right-click on any entity row to switch to “View as Brand” mode, which recalculates all analysis pages from that entity’s perspective.

Stat cards

Below the visibility chart, you’ll see summary cards displaying key project metrics:
CardWhat it shows
Total QueriesHow many questions are configured in the project
Total ResponsesTotal number of AI responses collected

Tags summary

The tags section shows how your brand performs across different query categories. Each tag row displays:
  • Mention rate — Percentage of AI responses mentioning your brand for queries in this tag
  • Avg. position — The average ranking position when mentioned (lower is better)

Tags mention matrix

The tag-brand matrix is a heatmap showing which brands get mentioned most within each tag category. This helps you identify competitive strengths and gaps per topic area.

Share of voice

The share of voice pie chart visualizes how mentions are distributed across all tracked brands. This gives you a quick competitive overview — your brand versus competitors.

Citation sources

The sources section lists the top websites that AI platforms cited when generating responses. For each source, you can see:
  • Citation rate — Percentage of AI responses that cite this source
  • True reach — Proportion of the site’s citations that include your brand
For a deeper analysis of sources, visit the dedicated Sources page from the sidebar navigation.
