Accessing the dashboard
Select your project from the project switcher in the top navigation bar. You’ll land on the Overview page, which presents a high-level summary of your brand’s AI presence.Visibility score
The visibility score chart at the top of the dashboard shows how your brand’s visibility has evolved over time. This metric represents the percentage of queries where your brand was mentioned at least once. Use the date range picker to adjust the time window.Brands table
The brands table lists every tracked brand with their key metrics:- Percentage score — Percentage of mentions (for all unique result)
- Average Ranking — The average position when mentioned (lower is better)
Stat cards
Below the visibility chart, you’ll see summary cards displaying key project metrics:| Card | What it shows |

Tags summary
The tags section shows how your brand performs across different query categories. Each tag row displays:- Percentage score — Percentage of mentions (for all unique result)
- Average Ranking — The average position when mentioned (lower is better)
Tags mention matrix
The tag-brand matrix is a heatmap showing which brands get mentioned most within each tag category. This helps you identify competitive strengths and gaps per topic area.Share of voice
The share of voice pie chart visualizes how mentions are distributed across all tracked brands. This gives you a quick competitive overview — your brand versus competitors.Citation sources
The sources section lists the top websites that AI platforms cited when generating responses. For each source, you can see:- Percentage of citations — Citations from this source divided by the total number of runs
- True Reach — Proportion of the site’s citations that include your brand
